Setup steps
Check all credentials
Host, port, username, and password belong in separate fields. Avoid pasting a full link into one field or leaving extra spaces.
Test local network
If the client times out, compare another network or upstream relay first. Some network environments cannot reach the target node directly.
Verify exit IP
After connecting, open an IP check page and confirm the exit region matches the order. Disable other VPNs or proxies before retesting.
