Setup steps
Check both statuses
Payment and delivery statuses are separate. Payment confirmation does not mean the item has already been delivered.
Copy delivery details
Delivered proxy orders include protocol, host, port, username, and password. Digital goods show the delivered account or redemption details.
Keep the order number
If the delivered item does not work, copy the order number and contact support with the right topic.
